40th birthday!

Stan took me out for a lovely dinner at Tikkos a floating boat in the harbour of Suva. We were at bit sea sick at the beginning but moved to the middle of the boat and felt much better. Our meals were great and Stan surprised me with a slice of birthday cake!

The time has come

Ok now for the real reason I have not been doing the blog….

Our baby

We adopted a baby! His name is Sebastian James-Manu born June 10^th at 7:30 in the morning weighing 3.47kg and 52cm long. I was given the gift of being present at his birth! It was an amazing experience I will never forget and will always cherish.

Here are some current photos of Sebastian and some from his baby shower. When I have a moment I will add photos from the beginning of our time together.

Art day!!!

We were finally able to get an art day. Me, Josie and Mel are all entering art into the ANZ art competition that is happening Aug 4th! I am going to enter 4 pieces and the large painting I am working on in the photos is one of the entries.

Fun with Fiji water

I don't know if everyone knows this about me but I love to peel labels off things, my two most favorite things to peel are costco price tags off there books and the labels on my art journals. But now I have a new 3rd favorite label to peel, the fiji water label which leaves a excellent sticky area on the bottle!!!!! This can create a lot of fun...
